Scholarship
Being a Chi Omega means working hard to ensure your academic success. Our symphony states that as women of Chi O, we must place "scholarship before social obligation."
This is something we take pride in. As students, it is important to have balance between studying and having fun in college. We work hard to achieve this.
Here at Ohio State, Chi Omega consistently earns high ranks in overall Panhellenic grade point averages. We do so by hosting "study tables" at libraries, classroom buildings and our chapter house. We offer incentives for good grades and recognize sisters who achieve Deans' List and 4.0 GPAs. We also provide tutoring to any of our members who request it through our Scholarship Director.
Our hard work pays off: graduated sisters have found jobs in a variety of fields, such as accounting, special education, marketing, public relations, and scientific research. A great number of our recent alumnae are off to Dental School, Medical School, Physical Theraphy School, Physician's Assisant School, and many others.
